What we do

We help business buyers shop for telecom services. An AI assistant scopes your need and generates indicative quotes, our matcher shortlists carriers and master agents, and our operator orchestrates a Request For Quote (RFQ) on your behalf. You evaluate the replies in your portal and contract directly with the chosen carrier.

We are not a party to any carrier contract you sign. We're a procurement broker — our value is the shortlisting, the RFQ orchestration, and the comparison. Carriers may pay us referral fees; we disclose this on request and your pricing is not inflated to cover them.

AI assistant — what it is and isn't

The chat assistant is an AI agent. It identifies itself as such on request and whenever context would lead a reasonable person to assume otherwise. Its role is generating indicative quotes from verified carrier-sourced data. It does not have authority to bind any carrier or master agent, does not commit prices, install dates, terms, or service-level agreements, and does not place orders. Order submission, customer authorization capture, and binding contract execution run through a separate workflow with documented consent.

Quotes the AI generates are subject to carrier confirmation on every numeric and term (price, install date, contract length, SLA, included equipment, cancellation provisions). The AI cannot extend, hold, or guarantee a quote on a carrier's behalf.

Your obligations

No price guarantee

The AI assistant may reference typical US-metro price bands as general guidance (for example: “fiber DIA is $400–2,000/mo, which is overkill for a 4-person shop”). These are guidance only and are not commitments. Real pricing comes from the carriers in the RFQ replies and is binding only when you and the carrier sign a contract.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Backups run nightly. In the unlikely event of data loss, our recovery point objective is 24 hours.

Clear chat, account closure, and record retention

You can clear your chat at any time from the chat interface — this resets your session view and starts a new conversation. Clearing the chat does not delete our records of prior interactions: we retain encrypted transcripts for audit, dispute resolution, and compliance with our obligations to carriers and master agents.

You can close your account by emailing us. Active opportunities are retained until the open RFQ cycle completes so we can honor commitments to carriers. Encrypted transcripts, uploaded bills, and related audit data are retained indefinitely under the legal-claims and transaction-completion bases (see Privacy Notice for detail). You can unsubscribe from any further outbound at any time via the unsubscribe link in any RFQ email or by visiting /unsubscribe.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the amount of any fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months (typically zero — we earn from carrier referral fees, not from buyers).

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes are emailed to active account holders 14 days in advance.
